"Do not adequately lock out air" 2009-01-12
By Shraddah Reyna
These do not adequately keep out air. In the middle of a feeding I would set the bottle down to burp my daughter and it would automatically refill with air. I believe the plastic used is to heavy to stay in the tightened shape feeding causes and therefore fails to lock out air. Furthermore it is really hard to push out the air once the bottle is started (and even before). These bottles and liners are far to expensive for such poor preformance. I recommend the far less expensive playtex bottles and liners over these anyday- especially now that they come in the larger 8 ounce size just like these.

 "Bottles not BPA Free!!" 2008-12-17
By Robert V. Peters
Be forewarned the Tempo line contains BPA in the bottles! The ring touches the milk or formula (leakage of the neurotoxin can occur!). Why create a BPA-Free liner with a bottle that has polycarbonate in it? I got fooled... I don't want you to as well! Take care. Let's keep our babies safe!

 "Toss the bottle brush!" 2008-09-14
By Fun Mama (California)
I used to swear by the playtex nurser bottle with the drop-ins becasue I loved the ease of cleaning. Just dispose! But my second child hated the nipples on those bottles, and she just didnt want to drink from tehe bottle. The Dr. suggested switching brands, and thoguh I hatred to gicve up my bottle with liners, I was thrilled that Avent came up with these. My daughter LOVED the nipple, and I loved the disposible liner. The only complaint I have is that the nipples have the pulled through the rings fully and the caps have to go on the bottle dead center or they are leaky things. I still make sure to keep the diaper bag upright att all times. I've gone through hundreds of liners and they have never leaked, and all I have to wash is the caps. So clean so great!

"So simple to use and the Tempo's don't leak like the regular Avents" 2008-09-06
By ATW (TN, USA)
I love the Tempo system, because the rings are sealed (since it is a collapsable liner you do not need a vent) and do not leak like the regular Avent bottles do. Also, you never need worry about BPA!

"The BEST bottles out there..." 2007-10-03
By MAO
I have tried Dr Browns 4oz and 8oz, have tried Platex 4oz and 8oz...NOTHING compares to the quality of these bottles and the fact that they DO reduce gas for babies.. Only draw back they are more expensive.
