This seat is very convenient and great for travel. It's lightweight and easy to carry with you and pack in your suitcase. My son has used it from the time he was 15 months old and loves the fact that he's sitting at the table with the adults instead of in his high chair. It's adjustable to many tables, but doesn't fit all of them. We've found some tables to be too thick. Also, my toddler thinks it's very funny to swing/jump in his which can shake the whole table. He has spilled over friend's drinks when shaking the table too much. You definitely need a sturdy table if you've got a mischievious and active toddler like mine.

for the first few months we used this seat it was great. we had to prop the baby with a pillow because there is no back support but whatever, it took up barely any space in our tiny dining room so i was willing to over look that. fast forward several months and the baby is now a toddler and eating lots of milk and yogurt and other drippy foods and this chair is NOT easy to clean!! soaking it in the tub and giving a little scrub with soap worked okay the first time, but now, not so much. i think this seat would be great if the cover detached so we could wash it in the washing machine and dryer so it got COMPLETELY clean and dry, but for now we need to look for a new seat. because this one stinks!!

This is a high chair that attaches to a table or countertop with strong c-clamps. We loved this item, never had a conventional high chair in our tiny house, which was the best. We used it until our daughter was able to sit at the table with us. Construction is SOLID, nylon material cleans up like new. Perfect gift, we try to buy it for all of our friends expecting babies.

Our dining area is a small island with two stools. A traditional high chair was too space consuming, not high enough, did not allow our baby to feel like she was eating with us, and frankly, ugly. For those four important reasons, I really love Phil and Ted's MeToo Chair and my baby girl loves it too.
We use it with the Kiddopotamus Tinydiner Placemat. They work beautifully together.
PROS
- small, portable (folds up very small), easily attaches to table/counter
- baby gets to eat with us as a family
- attractive
CONS
- difficult to clean. We use a scrub brush on it after every meal. It is made of a sport nylon that does not detach from the chair for cleaning. The fabric has a texture that is readily filled in by little hands smeared in mashed bananas. We wish there was an easy-to-clean liner for it.
- The safety straps design is sorely lacking. It's more of an after thought. They do not fit well and can be easily slipped off the shoulders.
