My 2 month old does not like this seat at all, he never has. He cries every time I put him in it. The pattern we have is different than the one pictured and I bought it because it was really cute but that's really the only good thing about it. The angle of the seat is weird, the bar falls off at the slightest touch (and my 2 1/2 year old is always knocking it down) and it was a pain to put together. Also the vibration automatically shuts off after about 20-30 minutes so the one time my baby actually slept in the chair (he was asleep already when I put him in it) he woke up when the vibrations stopped. Our condo is 3 levels so I need a seat/swing for each level. He loves the Papasan swing but it's all the way upstairs. He also likes the FP infant to toddler rocker on our middle level. I'm going to sell this bouncer and get a little swing for the downstairs instead.

Got this on our baby registry. Hey, it works, so not a one star review.
Cons: hard to put together, I was sweating after a while.
Doesn't really bounce that much. My mother-in-law got the Fisher Price model. Our baby seems more comfortable in that. And it actually bounces.
I like the music selection on the Carter's. However, it now buzzes so loudly that the music or sounds cannot be heard. Also, the bar off which the cute animals hang sort of broke and does not fit into its slot anymore.
To replace the battery one needs a screwdriver by the way.

This was given to us as a gift for our baby. It sort of worked for him for a month or two, but by the time he was three months old, he already grew too long for it. And our baby is relatively small! Now that he is four months old, he is way too big for it, but just getting to the age where the hanging toys are interesting to him. I am not sure why a bouncer would be designed to fit a one month old, but to stimulate a much older baby. His Baby Bjorn bouncer has and will work for him for much longer.
