 "Pretty good bouncer" 2010-04-01
By UT Shepherds (Utah)
Really cute (mine has little winnie the poohs, tiggers, eyeores, and piglets on the seat and overhead canopy, instead of the plaid the picture shows)

Cute and fun mobile-- it's nice that the arm moves so you can get the baby in and out, though its motion is kind of jerky

Assembly is fairly easy

Great to have the canopy for shade

Vibrating really calms baby

Uses batteries efficiently-- we've used it every day for over a month and still haven't needed to replace them

What I would improve-- the music only lasts about 2 minutes and you have to manually twist the mobile up and then it only goes around for about 1 minute, so I wish those would last longer

 "umm.." 2009-07-09
By C. Est..
did anyone else have trouble assembling the little back bar that connects to the legs???... it says take one leg and twist the bar forward on it and attach the other leg and twist the bar backwards and it will snap/lock into place. SO.. i did it and ended up with scraped paint everywhere on the inside and the bar never locked it just kept slipping back and forth and scraping destroying my nice new product. So i attacked it and twisted it like crazy all kinds of ways until it somehow didnt pull and fall apart. Then, the mobile piece took forever to slide into place to the point where i almost broke it and when it finally snapped on, it had a strange lean to it like it was too heavy for itself.. im not sure yet if ill use it for my baby who's coming in a few weeks. im still afraid the back bar will come loose if i even relocate the thing?? no bueno at all (assembly-wise at least).

 "missing part" 2009-06-05
By Gran (Maine)
This baby bouncer was shipped to me missing the arm that holds the musical mobile. I contacted customer service and was told the missing part would be shipped to me but it would be a different color.

I am very disappointed as this was a gift for my new granddaughter. It will now look like something bought second hand and will not look like a very attractive gift. I expected higher standards from the Disney brand.
