We needed larger and cooler swaddling blankets for our infant who could not/would not sleep without being tightly swaddled. These worked well - they do stretch a little and sometimes come undone, so you need to check in on your infant periodically. They were breathable and she did not overheat. Easy to wash.

I feel the wraps are a little too big (but maybe that is that my baby's birth weight was 5lbs. 5oz.) When I would wrap her in one there would be so much extra fabric, which made it a little bulky. Also, I washed them before use in cold water on a gentle cycle and the seams came appart on at least one side of each wrap. I had to cut little strings for about a half hour. I do love how they are super soft. They are great for photos. I love the soft white texture.

A friend bought these for me from my baby registry. I was so excited to get bamboo swaddling blankets- bamboo is so luxuriously soft, and it's a sustainable resource with no pesticide use (important to me when something is going to be so close to my baby's skin). However, before I used them I washed them on delicate and line dried them. From that gentle process, the edges unraveled and they got giant holes in the middle. Obviously this rendered them completely useless for my baby. I tried to contact the company several times but none of my e-mails were replied to. I'm so disappointed. Rather than swaddling my precious newborn in them, I'm using them as very expensive cleaning rags!
