This definitely keeps the sun and bugs off my baby and is a perfect fit for my baby Jogger Q Series, but it is a medium/dark gray color and the weave it quite tight (not like a mesh) so it is hard to see through. I have to stop and put my face up to it to get a good look. That wouldn't stop me from buying it again since my main goal was to keep the sun off my baby.
