This positioner is great for babies that don't move around a lot. I have a baby that scoots around and has since birth. He is a mover and a shaker. He has reflux so I have to put him at a slight angle in his crib so this does help, but he doesn't stay put entirely. I wish the fabric wasn't so stretchy. Other than that, it works great especially for the price! (I did sew both pieces together though since the Velcro wasn't strong enough. He was able to break away. A simple needle and thread did the trick so now I just wash the entire thing rather than just the wrap)
