I am not sure about the negative comments on this particular stroller. This is the new model, only about a month old and most stores haven't started carrying it yet. This is a great double stroller, wonderful to push, much better than MANY out there.



This is the only double all-terrain stroller I could find that has independently reclining canopies and seats that offer good back support. However, after using it a few times the seats startet slouching to the middle so bad I was concerned about my children's safety. The canopies don't recline independently anymore because they are slouched into eachother and now catch onto each other when I try to retract them.



I contacted customer service about this issue and after waiting a long time, I finally heard back from them and have now been back and forth between them for nearly 3 months!!! I tightened the straps underneath the seats as instructed, no success - and they just loosened up again after. I send them pictures. And still - NO solution to my problem. This is the worst experience I ever had with a child/baby related product and, especially - customer service. Don't try calling them...I did 2 times before emailing and they never responded until I emailed them.



I own the single City X3 also and it's a completely different stroller quality wise - way better! But honestly - I am ready to get rid of everything Tike Tech so I never have to deal with their customer service again.

Looks great, straps are not perfect, seems a little wobbly, no break, is still pretty big folded up.

After using it for about 7 weeks the front swivel wheel started to vibrate (wobbling) and when in fixed position it pulled to one side then flipped over to the other side. The front bar broke off as well.

The back rests were always a little crooked. When contacting the manufacturer I didn't get a responds.

I returned it and got the Baby Jogger. WHAT a difference.

I love the design and simplicity of this lounger; it's much more like a piece of furniture than a baby item. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles that are personally, to over stimulating for a baby.

The seat cover was not easy to attach; I wish it had come prepared, but over all it's a wonderful item.

BTW: The lounger comes in a carrying bag that will be great for storage.

I like my Dekor. It was on clearance at TJMaxx and I decided to give it a try because I'd never heard of it. The original bag held newborn and toddler diapers for nearly four months and I never smelled anything until I opened it. It would be nice if it were a little bigger because it feels up pretty quickly. It's nice to not have to carry every single diaper downstairs, wrap it up and toss it in the trash. The Dekor is stylish and sturdy. It compliments any nursery or bathroom and doesn't tilt when opened. It really locks away smelly diapers and would make a great gift.

I bought this for my first baby and at first it was great. When the diapers are not that stinky, the dekor is a good diaper pail. When you start to give your baby food and the diapers begin to smell, then the dekor starts to smell. You could walk into her room and it was awful. (and yes, I would change the dekor often) Which was another issue - having to purchase their refills got to be pretty pricey. We just had our second daughter 2 months ago and we had to get a different one - we could not even wash the smell out of the diaper dekor - we threw it in the trash. :o(

We bought the Diaper Dekor because we knew people who had trouble with the Diaper Genie. The Genie was overkill, tedious and too much work. The Dekor has been fabulous! I can't say enough about this thing. My son just turned 2 and it's still working. We change the bag every week or when there's a particularly bad diaper. Hey, no diaper pail is going to keep a really bad diaper from filling a room when you change your baby. But the Dekor doesn't smell, doesn't hold odor...after 2 years! It's easy, simple, easy to clean, works perfectly, and will now serve our baby #2. Buy this! Don't mess with Diaper Genie or expensive complicated procedures, you won't have time. I've used the Diaper Dekor since the birth of my now 7-month-old daughter and I loved it to begin with. Very easy one-hand use--step on the pedal, drop the diaper through the flap, very easy to tie off a bag when it became full. In the beginning, it handled odors well too; even smelly diapers didn't cause problems. But as soon as I started feeding solid foods, things changed. It proved completely incapable of containing the ghastly stench of those diapers. My daughter's room is at the top of our stairs, and the stench didn't just fill the room, it flowed out her door and down the stairwell, so we were treated to a powerful whiff every time we walked upstairs. I took to leaving her window open and the fan on to air out the room during the day and emptying the pail before bedtime at night in order to prevent it from stinking up the house. That lasted a week -- I just bought a new pail (a Diaper Genie 2) and I hope that works better.

I purchased the Zooper chair which I thought would be a nice and comfy modern addition to our baby gear but I was wrong. First and foremost my daughter is under 20lbs and cannot sit unassisted....guidelines that are required by Zooper. I noticed that the latches did not engage completely in all of the seating angles but thought I really only needed three angles....boy was I wrong. I thought I had securely positioned the seat in a 45 degree angle, I even pressed gently to make sure that it would remain. I then sat my baby girl in it and belted her in. I ran to the bathroom and before I could come back I heard her crying and discovered that the seat had reclined completely scaring the living daylights out of her. Still giving the seat the benefit of the doubt (maybe it was my error), I sat her in a more upright position. As if it were in slow motion my little girl reached for a toy on her lap and the whole rocker tumbled forward onto our hardwood floors. Both times the rocker was set in the 'seat' position and we did not even try to use the rocker position. Please do not buy this seat. There are many other better and safer seats out there.

I was rather disappointed with this rocker. I was looking for a simple rocker with no noisy music etc and of good quality. I figured at this price the mechanism would be good. However I found tilting the rocker very difficult as the catch at the back was difficult to open and required quite a lot of force. This meant I had to lift the baby out before I could adjust the seat which wasn't much good when he had already fallen asleep and I needed to tip him further back. I also found it hard to get the Zooper to engage in each of the 5 tilting positions (only 3 seem to work on mine).



On the plus side, it looks smart (no whimsical bits) and is easy to dismantle to put in a suitcase for travel
