I am not sure about the negative comments on this particular stroller. This is the new model, only about a month old and most stores haven't started carrying it yet. With that being said, this stroller is amazing. Far exceeded my expectations! This is just as nice as the strollers that sell for double.

This is a great double stroller, wonderful to push, much better than MANY out there.



This is the only double all-terrain stroller I could find that has independently reclining canopies and seats that offer good back support. However, after using it a few times the seats startet slouching to the middle so bad I was concerned about my children's safety. The canopies don't recline independently anymore because they are slouched into eachother and now catch onto each other when I try to retract them.



I contacted customer service about this issue and after waiting a long time, I finally heard back from them and have now been back and forth between them for nearly 3 months!!! I tightened the straps underneath the seats as instructed, no success - and they just loosened up again after. I send them pictures. And still - NO solution to my problem. This is the worst experience I ever had with a child/baby related product and, especially - customer service. Don't try calling them...I did 2 times before emailing and they never responded until I emailed them.



I own the single City X3 also and it's a completely different stroller quality wise - way better! But honestly - I am ready to get rid of everything Tike Tech so I never have to deal with their customer service again.

Looks great, straps are not perfect, seems a little wobbly, no break, is still pretty big folded up.

After using it for about 7 weeks the front swivel wheel started to vibrate (wobbling) and when in fixed position it pulled to one side then flipped over to the other side. The front bar broke off as well.

The back rests were always a little crooked. When contacting the manufacturer I didn't get a responds.

I returned it and got the Baby Jogger. WHAT a difference.

I purchased this stroller 4 months ago and simply loved the way it moves. My problem started when my son went to sit in it and his foot went right through the fabric foot rest. The tear is along the bar which makes it difficult to fix. I contacted Tike Tech and they did say it was under warrenty. The problem is they require me to send the stroller back to them without their reimbursing me for the postage, this is a large stroller that weighs over 35lbs, making it very costly to send. Plus it takes 5 weeks to get my stroller back. My other option was to find a seamstress locally and I'd once again have to spend my money to pay to fix it... their remedy, I get a snack pack. I don't know I'm not too happy with Tike Tech's workmanship and warrenty. If they had offered to pay for the seamstress I won't have been sharing this review with you all.
